封面解讀
本封面展示了用于航空航天難加工材料高效精密加工的特種能場(chǎng)輔助機(jī)械加工技術(shù)。輕量化、高可靠、長(zhǎng)壽命是航空航天裝備的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這促進(jìn)了難加工材料和結(jié)構(gòu)的大量應(yīng)用。傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械加工是航空航天零部件的主要材料去除工藝,但在加工高強(qiáng)、高韌、高硬、各向異性、非均質(zhì)性等難加工材料以及薄壁、微細(xì)等難加工結(jié)構(gòu)方面,單一傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械加工方法面臨材料去除效率低、表面完整性難保障等問(wèn)題。
封面文章選取特種能場(chǎng)輔助機(jī)械加工代表性技術(shù)之一,激光輔助切削加工。采用激光輻照待加工區(qū)域工件材料,降低材料的性能或誘導(dǎo)材料變質(zhì)成為易切削層,提升了材料的切削加工性,進(jìn)而采用傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械加工方法將材料去除。該復(fù)合加工技術(shù)可大幅度降低切削力,顯著提升材料去除效率和刀具壽命,滿足難加工材料高效精密加工需求,有力支撐航空航天裝備創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
