詐騙特點(diǎn)
瞄準(zhǔn)求職焦慮：虛構(gòu)“國企直簽”“高薪待遇”承諾，偽造流程增強(qiáng)可信度；
資金流向隱蔽：要求轉(zhuǎn)賬至個人賬戶，拖延時間逃避追責(zé)。
法律后果
涉案金額達(dá)“數(shù)額巨大”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（超10萬元），依據(jù)《刑法》可處3年以上10年以下有期徒刑。
