本封面展示了受植物蒸騰作用啟發的仿生螺旋微通道,其通過高精度3D打印技術實現了具有內螺旋的微通道結構。傳統微通道結構流體輸運難以實現長距離的液體傳輸。該研究通過精確調控螺旋結構的幾何參數,顯著增強了毛細作用力,使液體提升高度達到同直徑下普通通道的兩倍。
封面文章基于面投影微立體光刻3D打印技術,構建了仿生內螺旋微通道,實現了對植物蒸騰作用的高效模擬。通過精確調控微通道的螺旋齒距、齒深和直徑等參數,利用3D打印技術制備出具有仿生內螺旋結構的微通道,其獨特的螺旋形貌顯著增強了毛細力,使液體提升高度達到普通平滑微通道的兩倍。這種仿生微通道不僅通過附加彎液面強化了毛細效應,更能實現階梯式液體提升,為長距離液體輸運、水凈化等領域提供了全新的仿生解決方案。
