自7月4日起，由首都航空執飛的“菏澤—海口”航線恢復至每日一班。
此外，7月1日至9月30日期間，海南將針對入島散客發放4000萬元夏季旅游消費專屬清涼補貼，涵蓋進出島交通費用、省內住宿消費、4A（含）級以上景區門票費用、餐飲消費等。
