其中，2012 年至 2024 年，衛健委主管的中華醫學會將其所屬的一份期刊交由民營企業運營，該企業從中獲利達 4166 萬余元；2022 年至 2024 年，中華醫學會下屬的《中華醫學雜志》社違規與外部單位合作出版旨在宣傳醫藥公司產品的增刊，還有會未經批準，開展 3 項評比達標表彰活動。
