經研究決定：
? 巫泰然 任縣農業農村局副局長（掛，時間一年）；
? 杜明華 免去縣農業農村局副局長（掛）職務；
? 王燕華 任鹽城市響水工業經濟區管委會副主任（掛）；
? 楊海軍 免去鹽城市響水工業經濟區管委會副主任（掛）職務；
? 馬春海 免去鹽城市響水工業經濟區管委會副主任（掛）職務。
