當地時間7月19日下午，越南下龍灣一艘載有53人的游船因雷暴天氣發生傾覆，越南廣寧省已組織相關力量進行搜救。
越南廣寧邊防部門稱，下龍灣游船傾覆事件死亡人數已上升至5人。（總臺記者 付新日）
