二、重度蒙眼：外傷感染急救（1周控制）

如果只有單眼渾濁或帶血絲，多半是撞傷、打架后感染。

Step1 隔離治療

撈病魚到小缸（原缸水+新水1：1），爆氧泵必開！

Step2 藥物選擇

黃粉藥浴：10升水兌0.1克黃粉（牙簽尖大小），泡4小時/天

青霉素強化：10升水加8萬單位注射液（1支80萬單位的用1/10）

Step3 患處直擊

棉簽蘸紅霉素軟膏輕涂魚眼，涂完離水停留10秒再放回（避免藥膏遇水化）

警告：千萬別用高錳酸鉀！濃度誤差分分鐘毒翻魚

三、防復發秘訣：養護習慣定勝負

1. 過濾棉每周洗：臟棉藏菌超馬桶，拆開搓洗比換水更重要

2. 尖銳裝飾全清：假山、塑料水草劃傷魚眼是蒙眼元兇

3. 混養要謹慎：雷龍、斗魚等猛魚必須單養，打架傷眼難根治

4. 維生素食補：每周喂1次胡蘿卜薄片或螺旋藻飼料，增強角膜韌性
