據“汕尾清風”今日消息，汕尾陸豐市人大常委會原黨組成員林學茂涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，目前正接受汕尾市紀委監委紀律審查和監察調查。
公開資料顯示，林學茂曾任陸豐市人民政府副市長。2021年因創文整治不力，林學茂在電視上公開檢討。
