十四屆全國人大三次會議5日上午在人民大會堂開幕，習近平等黨和國家領導人出席開幕會，國務院總理李強向大會作政府工作報告。
政府工作報告提出，今年發展主要預期目標是：國內生產總值增長5%左右；城鎮調查失業率5.5%左右，城鎮新增就業1200萬人以上。
