據央視新聞消息，4月30日，外交部發言人郭嘉昆主持例行記者會。有記者就法國明年將對中國的小包裹征收轉移稅相關內容提問。
郭嘉昆表示，具體問題建議向中方的主管部門了解。中方愿同各國一道，共同營造開放、包容的國際貿易環境，希望法方為中國企業提供公開、透明、非歧視的營商環境。
