財聯(lián)社5月22日電，中國常駐聯(lián)合國副代表耿爽21日在安理會敘利亞問題公開會上發(fā)言，希望敘臨時當(dāng)局把握機(jī)遇，切實將承諾轉(zhuǎn)化為實際行動，早日恢復(fù)穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。耿爽說，近期，敘臨時當(dāng)局積極同國際社會互動，努力爭取認(rèn)可與支持。國際社會各方盡管在一些問題上仍存關(guān)切，但對敘方努力作出積極、善意的回應(yīng)。
