- 分成6等分
- 按面粉、雞蛋和面包屑的順序裹上
- 鍋中放油,把做好的肉餅分批放入,略微煎炸至表面定型(不用熟透)
- 然后放入空氣炸鍋,150°C,10分鐘左右~
(每家的空氣炸鍋功率不同,溫度和時間僅供參考)
這樣做出來的肉餅,既酥脆又不油膩
- 用番茄醬+辣醬油+柚子蜜,調一個醬汁蘸著吃~
