美國總統特朗普表示，授權商務部和美國貿易代表立即啟動程序，對所有在國外制作的進入美國的電影征收100%的關稅。

Trump, in an evening post on his social media platform Truth Social, said he has instructed the Commerce Department and US Trade Representative to place a 100% tariff on films that are produced outside the United States and imported into America.

美國總統特朗普在其社交平臺Truth Social表示，美國的電影業正在迅速消亡，其他國家正在提供各種各樣的激勵措施，以吸引美國電影制作人和工作室離開美國。

"The Movie Industry in America is DYING a very fast death. Other Countries are offering all sorts of incentives to draw our filmmakers and studios away from the United States," Trump wrote in his post.

他表示，要讓電影重新在美國拍攝：“好萊塢和美國的許多其他地區正在遭受重創，這是其他國家的共同“努力”的結果，是對美國國家安全的威脅。”

"Hollywood, and many other areas within the USA, are being devastated," Trump wrote. "This is a concerted effort by other Nations and, therefore, a National Security threat. It is, in addition to everything else, messaging and propaganda!"

美國戰略與國際問題研究中心資深研究員、美國商務部前官員威廉·賴因施認為，對外國制作電影加征關稅“弊遠大于利”，將“殺死我們（美國電影）產業”，且外國制作電影構成“國家安全威脅”的說辭很難讓人信服。
