財聯社5月8日電，印度外交部長蘇杰生在與伊朗外長阿巴斯·阿拉格奇的聯席會議上表示，新德里“無意升級”與巴基斯坦的敵對行動，但如果巴基斯坦發動襲擊，新德里將進行報復。蘇杰生周四在新德里表示，“如果對我們進行軍事攻擊，毫無疑問將得到非常非常強硬的回應。”
