今日，瑞典國家隊官方宣布，哲凱賴什因傷退出本期國家隊訓練營。
公告中，瑞典國家隊寫道：“由于傷病原因，經過與醫療團隊的商議，哲凱賴什將退出本期國家隊集訓，無法參加對陣匈牙利、阿爾及利亞的友誼賽。”
本賽季，哲凱賴什在葡萄牙體育打入54球送出12次助攻。而在歐國聯賽場上，哲凱賴什出場6次，打入9球送出4次助攻。
