Green factories power Juungar's new quality productive forces 在“雙碳”目標引領下，準格爾經濟開發區積極探索綠色發展路徑，各企業以“綠色工廠”建設為抓手，孕育出強勁的綠色新質生產力。
Driven by China's dual carbon goals, enterprises in Juungar Economic Development Zone are embracing green transformation by advancing the development of "green factories" and fostering innovative and sustainable productivity.

在內蒙古鐵辰智能裝備有限公司的總裝車間，136噸級純電寬體礦用車成功下線，搭載700度磷酸鐵鋰電池、5G無人駕駛技術與六重安全防護系統，專為礦山重載運輸場景量身定制。

At Inner Mongolia Tiechen Intelligent Equipment Co, a 136-metric-ton pure electric mining truck recently rolled off the production line. It is designed for heavy-duty mining operations and is equipped with a 700-kilowatt-hour lithium-iron-phosphate battery, 5G autonomous driving capabilities, and six advanced safety systems.

自2018年扎根準格爾經濟開發區以來，公司已構建起覆蓋110-136噸全噸位段的產品矩陣，實現充電、換電、混合動力三種能源模式及無人駕駛技術的全場景應用。企業同步推進生產端綠色革新，引入先進環保設備，開展技術改造，摘得自治區級“綠色工廠”桂冠。

Since establishing operations in 2018, Tiechen has developed a comprehensive product range that spans 110 to 136 tons and supports multiple energy modes, including charging, battery swapping, and hybrid systems, as well as fully integrated autonomous driving technology. The company has also upgraded its production processes with eco-friendly technologies, earning recognition as an autonomous region-level "green factory".

“政策東風為綠色礦山建設按下快進鍵，我們的產品已批量應用于內蒙古、新疆等地的智慧礦區。”鐵辰智能裝備總經理雷明環介紹，“接下來，我們將繼完善產品序列，重點研發氫電混合車型，力爭在2025年實現百公里綜合能耗再降15%的目標。”

"Our products are now widely used in smart mining zones across Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang," said General Manager Lei Minghuan. "Next, we'll focus on developing hydrogen-electric hybrid models, aiming to cut energy consumption by 15 percent per 100 kilometers by 2025."

在另一隅的鄂爾多斯市王道酒業有限公司，太陽能集熱板與燃氣鍋爐形成獨特的“雙熱源”系統：白天，太陽能板將光能轉化為熱能，把水溫預熱至40℃；夜間，燃氣鍋爐接力工作，每日可減少200立方米天然氣消耗，年節約成本超15萬元。

At Wangdao Liquor Co in Ordos, traditional brewing is going green. A dual-energy system utilizes solar panels during the day and gas boilers at night, saving approximately 200 cubic meters of natural gas daily and more than 150,000 yuan ($22,890) annually.

這只是企業綠色改造的縮影——灌裝車間的洗瓶水經三級過濾后循環利用，年節水達5000噸；污水處理站采用“生化+膜處理”工藝，出水水質優于國家標準；廠區道路兩側的太陽能路燈與3萬平方米綠化景觀，共同織就生態防護網。2023年，王道酒業憑借全鏈條節能舉措，成功躋身自治區“綠色工廠”行列。

The company also recycles bottle-washing water, saving 5,000 tons each year, treats wastewater using advanced membrane technology, and powers its facilities with solar streetlights, complemented by 30,000 sq m of landscaping. These measures earned Wangdao its "green factory" title in 2023.

“綠色轉型不是成本負擔，而是可持續的競爭力。”公司副總經理關文科算了一筆賬：通過設備升級和管理優化，企業單位產值綜合能耗下降12%，排污費用減少25%，“生態效益正在轉化為實實在在的經濟效益。”

"Green transformation isn't a cost burden – it's a competitive edge," said Deputy General Manager Guan Wenke. "Thanks to upgrades and better management, we've reduced energy consumption per unit by 12 percent and cut pollution fees by 25 percent. The environmental gains are translating into real economic value."

內蒙古佳匯新材料科技有限公司通過自主創新，在生產線集成了多項節能專利技術。企業構建起“水資源全循環+余熱全利用”的綠色生產體系，生產用水經沉淀、過濾、軟化三級處理后，實現100%循環回用，年節水近萬噸；烘干、煅燒工序配套余熱回收系統，將高溫尾氣的熱能轉化為生產用熱。總經理高翠介紹：“現在每條生產線的產能較改造前提升40%，但綜合能耗反而下降了28%，真正實現了‘增產不增碳’。”

Inner Mongolia Jiahui New Materials Technology Co has integrated patented energy-saving technologies into its production lines. Its green system features 100 percent recycled water – treated through sedimentation, filtration, and softening – and full recovery of waste heat from high-temperature processes. According to General Manager Gao Cui, "Each production line now delivers 40 percent more output while using 28 percent less energy. We've truly achieved higher efficiency with lower emissions."

如今在準格爾經濟開發區，園區的128家工業企業紛紛加入節能技改大軍，通過技術創新、節能減排、優化管理等舉措，不僅實現了自身的可持續發展，更成為孕育綠色新質生產力的搖籃，為經濟生態協同發展筑牢了堅實支撐。

Today, 128 industrial enterprises in Juungar are undergoing green upgrades. Through innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainable management, they are transforming the development zone into a cradle of new quality productive forces, laying the foundations for high-quality, low-carbon growth.
