本網訊（省退教協）貢菊遍地黃，歙邑溢秋香。10月26-27日，全國部分省市退教協2024年工作研討會在美麗的國家級歷史文化名城黃山市歙縣飯店順利召開，來自上海、重慶、西安、寧波、廈門以及安徽省等省（市）退教協理事長、秘書長20余人參加會議。會議由安徽省退教協主辦，歙縣退教協承辦。

會議在熱情洋溢的氛圍中拉開帷幕，安徽省退教協理事長閔永新主持開幕會。歙縣教育局副局長汪興旺代表歙縣教育局和全縣退教職工發表激情洋溢的致辭，對會議的順利召開表示熱烈

祝賀，向出席會議的各位領導、各位代表表示熱烈歡迎！他向與會人員介紹了歙縣縣情和教育發展基本情況，充分肯定了歙縣退教協所取得的成績及為教育事業的發展做出的積極貢獻，并預祝大會圓滿成功！

會議認真學習黨的二十屆三中全會精神和黨中央、國務院關于進一步加強退離休干部關愛服務工作的通知，與會代表圍繞過去一年各省市退教協的工作進行了全面且細致的回顧，讓大家對過往工作有了清晰的認識；結合工作實際，退教協要始終堅持黨建引領，積極發揮組織橋梁紐帶作用，不斷提升新時代離退休教職工服務管理水平，充分挖掘退休教師經驗優勢，助推教育事業高質量發展。歙縣退教協理事長鮑新宏率先發言，他如數家珍地回憶歙縣退教協過去的工作，滿含熱情地細述退教協工作的點滴體會，對如何更好的組織開展退休教師旅游信息服務、文化交流、社會服務、關心下一代工作活動提出建設性意見。他的發言引起了強烈共鳴，現場一片熱議，大家紛紛點頭，眼神中閃爍著認同的光芒。

緊接著，安徽省退教協名譽理事長王肅就《克服困難，砥礪前行，努力開創安徽退教協工作新局面》，上海市退教協理事長朱小娟就《加強調研，夯實基礎，努力推進退教協工作高質量發展》，重慶市退教協理事長張大慶就《帶領退離休教職工聽黨話跟黨走是退離休教職工協會的政治職責》，西安市退教協理事長王小平就《加強團隊精神，努力服務退離休教職工》，廈門市退教協理事長鄭朝南就《豐富發展完善，努力健全廈門教育老年服務體系》，寧波市退教協理事長李立明就《因勢利導，主動作為，著力促進老教工生活質量提升和作用發揮》做了大會交流。與會其他人員也圍繞會議主題，積極參加討論，大家就豐富退離休教職工精神生活、滿足退離休教職工終身學習、積極開展關注退離休教職工健康及權益保障、有效開展退離休教職工關愛服務和旅游信息服務等都極具建設性。與會代表認為，未來一年工作要圍繞這些重點展開，各個省市之間要加強溝通與協作，資源共享，共同完善退休教職工服務體系，共同開啟退休教職工工作的新篇章。

會議期間，與會人員還考察了歙縣中學的辦學歷史和辦學成果，參觀了徽州歷史博物館和陶行知紀念館。會議一致意見，全國部分省市退教協2025年工作研討會議在上海市召開。會議在熱烈而有序的氛圍中閉會。
