中共中央組織部2025年6月30日發(fā)布的公報顯示，截至2024年12月31日，中國共產(chǎn)黨黨員總數(shù)為10027.1萬名，比2023年底凈增108.6萬名。

The Communist Party of China (CPC) had more than 100.27 million members at the end of 2024, up by nearly 1.09 million from 2023, according to a report released by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on June 30, 2025.

根據(jù)中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)統(tǒng)計公報，截至2024年12月31日，中國共產(chǎn)黨黨員總數(shù)為10027.1萬名，比2023年底凈增108.6萬名，增幅為1.1%。中國共產(chǎn)黨現(xiàn)有基層組織525.0萬個，比2023年底凈增7.4萬個，增幅為1.4%。其中，基層黨委30.6萬個，總支部33.0萬個，支部461.4萬個。

公報顯示，30歲及以下黨員1227.2萬名，31至35歲黨員1076.4萬名，36至40歲黨員1147.5萬名，41至45歲黨員968.7萬名，46至50歲黨員904.1萬名，51至55歲黨員941.2萬名，56至60歲黨員864.6萬名，61歲及以上黨員2897.3萬名。女黨員3099.5萬名，占黨員總數(shù)的30.9%。少數(shù)民族黨員773.4萬名，占7.7%。大專及以上學歷黨員5778.6萬名，占57.6%。新中國成立前入黨的5.4萬名，新中國成立后至黨的十一屆三中全會前入黨的1230.9萬名，黨的十一屆三中全會后至黨的十八大前入黨的5980.0萬名，黨的十八大以來入黨的2810.8萬名。工人（工勤技能人員）663.9萬名，農(nóng)牧漁民2614.4萬名，企事業(yè)單位、社會組織專業(yè)技術人員1639.4萬名，企事業(yè)單位、社會組織管理人員1156.3萬名，黨政機關工作人員759.2萬名，學生262.2萬名，其他職業(yè)人員784.9萬名，離退休人員2146.9萬名。

【重要講話】

注重從青年和產(chǎn)業(yè)工人、農(nóng)民、知識分子中發(fā)展黨員，加強和改進黨員特別是流動黨員教育管理。落實黨內(nèi)民主制度，保障黨員權(quán)利，激勵黨員發(fā)揮先鋒模范作用。嚴肅穩(wěn)妥處置不合格黨員，保持黨員隊伍先進性和純潔性。

We will pay particular attention to recruiting young people, industrial workers, farmers, and intellectuals into the Party. Training and management will be improved for Party members, especially those among floating populations. We will implement the systems for intraparty democracy, protect Party members' rights, and motivate them to become role models. At the same time, we must earnestly and prudently handle Party members who do not measure up to standards so as to preserve our Party membership's advanced nature and integrity.
