1964年生，安徽渦陽人。先后畢業于合肥師范學院（安徽教育學院）美術系，阜陽師范大學美術學院，后深造于中國畫藝術創作院。現為中國美術家協會會員、安徽省美術家協會會員、安徽中國畫學會會員、安徽省老子畫院副秘書長。
