6月9日3時(shí)，鄭州市119指揮中心接到報(bào)警電話后，消防救援人員3時(shí)12分到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，迅速控制火勢(shì)和搜救人員。
由于當(dāng)時(shí)火勢(shì)大。雖然火勢(shì)很快得到控制，但救援人員在搜救過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)4人被燒身亡。
起火原因正在進(jìn)一步調(diào)查中。
