10月30日，盛裕集團首席執行官兼董事會成員喬全生，盛裕集團（建筑+城市）首席運營官楊珮珊，盛裕集團中國區總裁張祺受邀考察中新綠色數碼港，并拜會了蘇州工業園區黨工委委員、管委會副主任劉華，就進一步的合作與發展進行了交流。作為ESG全球領先平臺，在中新合作背景下，盛裕集團與新建元集團、吉寶有限公司一同合作，積極踐行ESG理念。盛裕集團認為，構建園區的可持續發展體系，須結合其本體的特定屬性和內在訴求，將ESG理念和邏輯進行有機“化用”。這一體系需要面向園區規劃設計者、使用者、運營管理者以及資本市場多方構建綜合的策略性體系和工具，以評估、指導和服務園區全生命周期的發展。

On 30 October, Sean Chiao, FAIA, Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Member; Pei Shan Yeo, Deputy COO, Buildings + Cities, SJ Group; and Eric Zhang, Chief Executive of SJ Group China, were invited to visit the Suzhou China-Singapore Green Digital Hub. They met with Liu Hua, the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park and a member of the Party Working Committee, to discuss joint cooperation and development opportunities.

As a leader within the context of combined Sino-Singapore efforts, SJ Group has collaborated with Sungent Group and Keppel Corporation to actively implement a range of ESG concepts. Building a sustainable development framework for industrial parks will require an alignment of stakeholder requirements with ESG principles. A comprehensive system and set of tools must be developed for park planners, users, operation managers, and capital markets - to evaluate, guide, and support the park's development throughout its life cycle.

11月6日，中建西南院黨委副書記、總經理吳鳴來訪盛裕集團上海辦公室，與盛裕集團中國區總裁張祺，盛裕集團執行董事，（建筑+城市），中國區建筑與設計副總裁謝啟德，一同就進一步深化合作進行交流座談。張祺對吳鳴一行的到訪表示歡迎，希望雙方聚焦城市高質量發展需求，圍繞綠色發展、產業升級等重點領域，進一步挖掘合作機會，并且充分發揮各自市場資源優勢、專業技術優勢。在新能源、綠色發展、項目建設等領域推進務實合作，譜寫合作共贏新篇章。

On 6 November, Wu Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute, visited the SJ Group’s Shanghai office. He met with Eric Zhang, Chief Executive of SJ Group China, and Anderson Hsieh, Executive Director, Buildings + Cities Architecture and Design Lead, China.

Dr Zhang welcomed Mr Wu and his delegation, expressing hopes that both parties could address the city's high-quality development needs. They discussed cooperation opportunities in areas such as green development and industrial upgrading, in order to maximise their competitive advantages in market resources, expertise, and technical capabilities. Both parties agreed to advance their collaboration in new energy, green development, project construction, as well as in other fields.

11月7日，新加坡盛裕集團中國區總裁張祺與三亞崖州灣科技城管理局一行，于盛裕集團上海辦公室進行會晤座談，并向集團合作伙伴凱德發展、吉寶集團、勝科集團、創士鋒重點推介海南自由貿易港戰略定位、區位優勢、核心政策及崖州灣科技城總體發展情況，圍繞城市發展、能源利用、科技創新等領域共同探討合作機遇，共謀發展路徑。

On 7 November, Eric Zhang, Chief Executive, China, SJ Group, met with a delegation from the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration Bureau (YZBSTC) at the SJ Group’s Shanghai office. He gave a presentation to the group’s partners - CapitaLand Development, Keppel Corporation, Sembcorp Group, and Transfong – detailing the Hainan Free Trade Port's strategic positioning, location advantages, core policies, and the overall development plans of Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City. The attendees discussed collaborative opportunities in urban development, energy utilisation, technological innovation, and other fields.

次日，在2024三亞市新質生產力發展交流會上，盛裕集團和三亞崖州灣科技城管理局正式簽署戰略合作框架協議。盛裕集團執行董事，（建筑+城市），中國區建筑與設計副總裁謝啟德、三亞崖州灣科技城管理局副局長吳靜璇等出席簽約儀式。下一步，盛裕集團與三亞崖州灣科技城管理局將重點圍繞熱帶特色高效農業、海洋科技、低空經濟、科技金融等領域持續搭建國際產業資源協同創新渠道，努力推動更多優質項目賦能崖州灣科技城高質量發展。

The next day, at the 2024 Sanya New Productivity Development Exchange Conference, SJ Group and YZBSTC formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Anderson Hsieh, Executive Director, Buildings + Cities Architecture and Design Lead, China, and Wu Jingxuan, Deputy Director of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Administration Bureau, represented their organisations in the signing ceremony. SJ Group and YZBSTC will focus on building international industrial resource collaboration channels in areas such as tropical high-efficiency agriculture, marine technology, low-altitude economy, and technology finance, This will facilitate high-quality projects that will support the development of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City.

11月7日，濟南新舊動能轉換起步區以市委常委，起步區黨工委副書記，管委會主任孫斌帶領的領導團受邀參訪盛裕集團上海辦公室，并開展座談會。參會的還有濟南先投集團、凱德發展、勝科、創士鋒、中建西南院。盛裕集團中國區總裁張祺與集團高層對來訪嘉賓表示熱烈歡迎，并一齊就進一步深化合作進行交流。其中孫斌先生向在場嘉賓們詳細介紹了起步區的概況和未來發展愿景，盛裕集團與在場嘉賓以自身專業與資源優勢，深入探討如何深度參與并助力起步區的成形起勢。

On 7 November, a leadership team led by Sun Bin, a member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and Chairman of the Management Committee of the JiNan Start-Up Area, visited SJ Group’s Shanghai office and participated in a symposium. Other attendees included representatives from Jinan Pioneer Investment Group, CapitaLand, Sembcorp, Transfong, and China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute. Eric Zahgn, Chief Executive, China, SJ Group, and the senior management of SJ Group warmly welcomed the guests. Mr Sun provided an overview and shared the future development vision and intentions of the JiNan Start-Up Area. The attendees, with various professional expertises, engaged in deep discussions over the area’s development strategy.
