當歸花生核桃湯的做法
- 核桃泡水過夜,瀝干
- 當歸、黃芪加水2小時以上至出味
- 將洗凈的蟲草花、枸杞、棗、桂圓、姜、鹽、核桃、花生、西米入鍋,入適合自己口味的當歸黃芪湯和水,倒入橄欖油
- 高壓鍋30分鐘,或砂鍋煲至核桃酥軟,加入味全味素即可

1、核桃一定要泡,若多換幾次水更好,以去除澀味;不怕麻煩還可以用煮下,瀝干用竹簽挑去皮;當然皮類從功效上,都有一定固澀的效果,對于老年人來講,倒是一種全營養的好;
