用料
食材:大白菜6片,老豆腐1塊,白蘿卜1根,生姜3-5片,花椒8粒,鹽少許。

- 取白菜葉子撕碎、豆腐切小塊、白蘿卜去皮切絲或片都可以,再切幾片姜,再準備幾粒花椒備用。
- 把準備好的所有食材依次下入鍋里,加入幾片生姜和花椒粒、撒少許的鹽(盡量不要出明顯的咸味),倒入適量清水。
- 燒開鍋之后,轉中小火煮15分鐘。
- 煮至食材有點軟爛了就可以了,這樣容易吸收。
