一直非常喜歡味好美家的調味料,家里的番茄醬和泰式辣醬必選味好美。正好看到他家出了新的閃煮系列調味醬,馬上申請一下。太幸運了申請下來了呢,滿滿一大包,有四款湯料,還有3款肉類腌制料。
我老公超級喜歡吃雞翅膀,正好三款肉類腌料都能做雞翅,必須試試,今天先做做青花椒味道的烤雞翅,就我們兩個人吃,果斷用上快手神器-空氣炸鍋。

上班族快手菜-空氣炸鍋爽麻青花椒雞翅的做法
- 準備雞翅中6-7個,兩面劃上花刀,方便腌制的時候入味。
- 把味好美的青花椒椒鹽風味烤肉調料拿出來,一袋烤肉料里面有一個小內袋,這樣干凈也方便。這個烤肉料一袋是35克,6-7個雞翅膀大約用小半袋就夠了。
- 拿個小碗稱出來17克烤肉調料,放入30-40克水,混合起來。說明書上讓放50克水,我個人使用時感覺50克水稍微有點多,建議少放點水。
- 把混合好的料汁倒入雞翅膀里,用手抓抓,方便雞翅膀吸收料汁。
- 把雞翅和料汁混合均勻,放入冰箱冷藏1-2個小時入味。
做為上班族快手晚餐的話可以一次腌制多一些,分裝后冷凍在冰箱里面,下班回家后直接烤制就可以了!
- 把腌制好的雞翅擺入鋪好炸鍋紙的空氣炸鍋盒里面,雞翅直接留點距離,有助于熱風循環。

- 空氣炸鍋180度烤10分鐘,然后翻面180度5分鐘,再次翻面200度5分鐘就差不多了。
注意,這個是我家空氣炸鍋的溫度,各家空氣炸鍋的功率都不一樣,大家可以中途打開看看,隨時調整時間。
- 兩次翻面以后金黃香酥的烤雞翅中就完成了,配點漂亮的西紅柿,酸酸的味道超級好。
