玉子燒的做法
- 雞蛋3個打入碗中,稍稍攪拌開。
- 加入砂糖1大勺,鹽1/2小勺,以及牛奶1-2大勺(1大勺做出來的蛋燒比較結實,2大勺做出來的蛋燒比較松軟),攪拌均勻備用。
- 廚房紙巾一小張折疊好,沾適量油,玉子燒的鍋子加熱后均勻涂抹上一層油。
- 倒入一半的蛋液,保持中小火,迅速把蛋液劃散,不要使之起泡,然后從前往后用筷子折幾折后再推到前面。

- 再次涂抹油,把剩下的蛋液倒進去,再折幾折翻過來以后就做好了。
- 出鍋后切塊。
- 切面的蛋液綿密融為一體。
- 可以直接吃,也可以當做便當菜。
