私房爆款??巨好吃的芋泥肉松麻薯歐包在家輕松復刻的做法
- 主面團食材除黃油鹽外全部倒入廚師機中先低速混合成團,轉(zhuǎn)高速攪打至厚膜狀,再加入鹽黃油打均勻
- 揉成光滑的面團蓋上保鮮膜發(fā)酵
- 趁發(fā)酵時間做個麻薯,把麻薯食材全部混合均勻過篩下倒入碗中,蓋保鮮膜上面扎幾個小孔上鍋蒸20分鐘,取出趁溫熱加入20克黃油戴上手套揉均勻
- 反復拉扯增加韌性
- 餡料準備好(麻薯很黏一定帶手套操作)
- 發(fā)酵至2倍大
- 發(fā)酵好的面團平均分成6份蓋保鮮膜松弛15分鐘
