砂鍋焗鱸魚的做法
- 1.鱸魚洗凈,剪去魚鰭,切下魚頭一開兩半,魚身切成約1厘米厚的塊。
- 2.加入老抽、生抽、料酒、生姜、蔥、胡椒粉、糖、蠔油和生粉,攪拌均勻,腌制30分鐘。
- 3.將砂鍋燒熱,放入生姜塊、沙姜塊和蒜頭,炒出香味后,再加入紅蔥頭和蔥白炒香。
