- 腐竹提前在溫水中泡發
- 擠干水分切成段
- 青蒜苗洗凈切小段備用
- 牛腩切塊,冷水入鍋汆燙出血沫備用
- 炒鍋中倒油放入蔥姜蒜、八角、桂皮、香葉和干辣椒炒出香味
- 放入焯好的牛腩,中火翻炒均勻

- 放入調味料翻炒均勻上色
