國際在線消息（記者 謝詩佳）：日前，烏拉圭外交部長盧貝特金（H.E. Mario Lubetkin）訪華，出席中國－拉美和加勒比國家共同體論壇第四屆部長級會議并召開新聞發布會。
烏拉圭是清潔能源生產大國。盧貝特金在發布會上回答國際在線記者提問時介紹了烏拉圭清潔能源發展成果與優勢，同時肯定了中國在能源開發領域的豐富經驗，認為中國是烏拉圭"最重要的合作伙伴之一"。
