吃不到膻味的比燒烤更好吃的孜然羊肉的做法
- 羊肉切成塊
- +1勺胡椒粉
- +1勺辣椒粉
- +1勺孜然粉
- +1勺料酒
- +1勺生抽
- 攪勻,+1個雞蛋清
- +1勺淀粉
- 攪攪攪攪攪攪勻,讓它們靜靜地呆15分鐘
- 切好蔥、姜。香菜鋪盤
- 油燒熱,筷子放進油里開始冒泡的時候,把腌好的羊肉倒進去炸
- 炸到覺得羊肉差不多熟了的時候(我也不知道什么樣算是熟了,憑感覺),把羊肉盛到干凈的盤里
