藍(lán)莓慕斯巴斯克的做法
- 奶油奶酪軟化,加入糖粉攪拌均勻,再分次加入雞蛋液攪拌均勻,再加入淡奶油和玉米淀粉攪拌均勻
- 六寸模具墊油紙,底部放幾顆藍(lán)莓
- 將調(diào)好的巴斯克醬過(guò)篩倒入模具中,放入預(yù)熱好的烤箱210度烤28分鐘
- 自制的藍(lán)莓醬
- 吉利丁片泡軟,倒入30克溫牛奶,攪拌融化
奶油奶酪加入糖和淡奶油以及藍(lán)莓醬混合打發(fā)至酸奶狀
- 加入牛奶和吉利丁,混合攪拌均勻
- 出爐的巴斯克
- 將藍(lán)莓慕斯食材倒在烤好的巴斯克上
- 冰箱冷藏四小時(shí)以上脫模
