- 準備好材料
- 將低粉,鹽,白砂糖(綿砂糖幼砂糖都可以),泡打粉按照比例倒入碗中
- 用蛋抽攪均勻
- 加入黃油,無需軟化
- 雙手搓揉,直到面粉和黃油融合為這種細屑狀態
- 加入淡奶油,雞蛋液和葡萄干
- 搓成團,不需要很用力哦
- 接著用保鮮膜包起來,放冰箱冷凍20分鐘
- 20分鐘后,取出面團,用搟面杖搟成厚餅狀,從中間切成兩半,重疊后繼續搟成圓餅,重復三次
- 用中空模型壓出形狀(我懶得買,用的家里閑置的罐子)
