每經AI快訊，“網信中國”微信公號5月30日消息，為進一步規范網信部門行政處罰行為，保護公民、法人和其他組織的合法權益，國家互聯網信息辦公室研究起草了《網信部門行政處罰裁量權基準適用規定（征求意見稿）》，現向社會公開征求意見。意見反饋截止時間為2025年6月14日。
