財聯社6月16日電，據報道，美國司法部正對Alphabet擬以320億美元收購網絡安全初創公司Wiz的交易進行反壟斷審查。司法部反壟斷部門擔憂該交易可能非法限制市場競爭。據悉審查尚處初期階段，其結果將直接影響美國聯邦政府是否批準這筆交易。谷歌母公司Alphabet于今年3月宣布該收購案，計劃將Wiz整合至谷歌云部門。
