據中國青年報客戶端報道，在6月25日下午的外交部例行記者會上，發言人郭嘉昆就美國總統特朗普關于“中國可以繼續從伊朗購買石油，并希望中國也從美國購買石油”的言論作出回應。

特朗普6月24日在其社交媒體“真相社交”上發文稱：“中國現在可以繼續從伊朗購買石油。希望他們也能從美國購買大量石油。”此言論發布正值以色列與伊朗達成停火協議后，特朗普強調其對伊朗核設施的空襲行動促成了停火，并指出伊朗未嘗試關閉霍爾木茲海峽，這對中國——伊朗石油的最大進口國——至關重要。白宮隨后澄清，特朗普的言論并未表明放松對伊朗的制裁，而是呼吁中國等國優先進口美國石油。

對此，外交部發言人郭嘉昆表示：“中國將根據自身國家利益，采取合理的能源保障措施。”他未直接評論特朗普所謂“對伊朗制裁政策的變化”，也未透露中國當前從伊朗進口石油的具體數據。郭嘉昆強調，中國的能源政策將以維護國家能源安全和經濟穩定為首要考量。

特朗普的表態可能旨在推動美國石油出口，以提振美國能源產業，同時施壓中國減少對伊朗石油的依賴。然而，中國目前僅從美國進口約2%的石油，而伊朗石油占其進口量的14%。此外，中國今年早些時候對美國石油加征10%關稅，作為對特朗普對中國商品20%關稅的報復措施。

截至目前，布倫特原油價格在停火消息后小幅波動，6月25日上漲約0.6%。市場人士認為，盡管以色列與伊朗停火協議尚存不確定性，但霍爾木茲海峽的暢通暫時緩解了全球能源供應壓力。
