7月8日，以“開放包容 融合發展”為主題的“世界市長對話·上合峰會城市”活動在天津舉行。吉爾吉斯斯坦世界政治研究所所長舍拉迪爾·巴克特古洛夫表示，上海合作組織友好城市之間的距離相隔很遠卻又很近，建設上海合作組織數字城市或者市政服務平臺具有重要意義。
