山西一“聯(lián)動(dòng)plus”POS用戶要注銷自己的“聯(lián)動(dòng)plus”賬戶。
于2023年12月2日15時(shí)許，在“聯(lián)動(dòng)plus”APP內(nèi)“注銷賬戶”欄提交了注銷賬戶申請(qǐng)，當(dāng)時(shí)APP頁(yè)面顯示“···15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成核查和處理···”，20多天過(guò)去了，該賬戶還沒(méi)有注銷。
2023年12月27日15:08該用戶撥通了聯(lián)動(dòng)plus人工客服4001258855電話咨詢，得到的答復(fù)是“聯(lián)動(dòng)plus都是注銷不了，機(jī)器也注銷不了，商戶也注銷不了”（有錄音）。
“聯(lián)動(dòng)plus”這些“騷操作”是在欺騙用戶嗎？
