11月4日，深圳市房地產中介協會數據顯示，2024年第44周（10月28日-11月3日）深圳二手房簽約量為2109套，環比下降4.5%。
深房中協表示，周簽約量環比雖有小幅下降，但從絕對值看，二手房市場仍保持高位運行，二手房周簽約量已連續4周單周超2000套，反映出當前二手房市場熱度不減。（來源：中房網）
