當地時間3月3日，受葡萄牙蓬蒂-迪利馬市邀請，都江堰市委書記蔣蔚煒率代表團在蓬市建城900年這一重要時刻與蓬市瓦斯科·費拉茲市長簽署《都江堰市與蓬蒂—迪利馬市建立國際友好城市關系》協議書。

On the local time of March 3rd, at the invitation of Ponte de Lima City in Portugal, Jiang Weiwei, Secretary of CPC Dujiangyan Municipal Committee, led a delegation to sign the Agreement on Establishing International Friendship City Relations between Dujiangyan City and Ponte de Lima City with Mayor Vasco Ferraz of Ponte de Lima City on the important occasion of the 900th anniversary of the founding of Ponte de Lima City.

Mayors from international sister cities of Ponte de Lima City, including Brazil, France and Spain, attended the signing ceremony.

蔣蔚煒書記在現場致辭中表示很榮幸受邀來參加蓬蒂-迪利馬市建城900周年這一具有歷史意義的盛大活動并向市長表示祝賀，也歡迎各位來賓到都江堰投資興業并參加都江堰放水節、成都世遺馬拉松、啤酒節。希望以此次簽署國際友城備忘錄為契機，兩市在文化交流、旅游、教育、經貿等多個領域開展深入交流與合作。

Secretary Jiang Weiwei expressed his honor to be invited to participate in the grand and historic event of the 900th anniversary of the establishment of Ponte de Lima City and extended his congratulations to the Mayor of Ponte de Lima City. He also welcomes all the guests to Dujiangyan for investment and participation in its signature events: the Dujiangyan Water Releasing Festival, Chengdu World Heritage Marathon , and Dujiangyan Beer Festival. He hoped that, taking the signing of this MOU on establishing international friendship city relations as an opportunity, the in-depth exchanges and cooperation could be carried out in many fields such as cultural exchanges, tourism, education, and economic and trade.

蓬蒂-迪利馬市位于葡萄牙北部，是葡萄牙最古老的城市之一，擁有深厚的歷史文化底蘊，盛產著名的維爾德葡萄酒，以橫跨在利馬河上的中世紀大橋的名字命名。蓬市擁有多個自然保護景觀，使其成為尋求不同度假方式的游客的天堂。在歐洲旅游和環境獎項中，被列入歐洲八大最佳旅游目的地。2025 年是其建城900周年，將舉辦豐富多彩的慶祝活動。

Ponte de Lima City is located in the north of Portugal and is one of the oldest cities in Portugal. It has profound historical and cultural heritages, and is famous for producing the renowned Vinho Verde wine. It is named after the medieval bridge spanning the Lima River. Ponte de Lima City has multiple natural protection landscapes, making it a paradise for tourists seeking different vacation styles. It has been listed as one of the eight best tourist destinations in Europe in the European tourism and environment awards. 2025 marks the 900th anniversary of its establishment, and a variety of colorful celebration activities will be held.
