記者今天（15日）從最高人民檢察院獲悉，海南省紀委原副書記、省監委原副主任陳笑波涉嫌受賄一案，由國家監察委員會調查終結，移送檢察機關審查起訴。
日前，上海市人民檢察院依法以涉嫌受賄罪對陳笑波作出逮捕決定。該案正在進一步辦理中。
