財聯社4月15日電，從深圳市財政局獲悉，深圳加強財政逆周期調節，充分激活、快速釋放專項債穩增長、促發展和穩預期的“杠桿”和“引擎”作用。目前，專項債“自審自發”改革試點已在深圳落地，首輪發債規模76.76億元，并計劃發行使用更大規模地方政府債券。
