用料
食材:鮑魚、黃瓜、香蔥、蒸魚豉油、食鹽、白糖、(如果喜歡吃辣的可以放一些辣鮮露)
豉油熗鮑魚的做法
- 鮑魚三只
- 鮑魚用勺子鏟下來,清理內(nèi)臟,用刷子刷洗干凈。
- 把鮑魚豎切成薄片
- 鮑魚片放到盤子里
- 小香蔥葉子卷起來
- 把蔥葉擺到案板上
- 小香蔥切成細(xì)絲
- 切好的蔥絲放到清水里
- 香蔥絲撈出放到盤子里
- 黃瓜清洗干凈
- 黃瓜用刮刀削皮
- 用刮刀把黃瓜化成薄片
- 鲅魚擺到漏網(wǎng)里
- 煮一鍋清水,滾開后把鮑魚片放進(jìn)去,汆燙最多三秒,趕緊撈起

- 蒸魚豉油里加入少量食鹽
- 加半勺白糖
- 攪勻
