為支援3月28日緬甸7.9級強震后的緊急人道主義救援行動，深圳市國際交流合作基金會（以下簡稱“基金會”）聯合深圳市葉澄海慈善基金會和深圳信立泰藥業股份有限公司，向緬甸捐贈了共計508箱（304,800支），總價值人民幣202萬元的抗生素藥品。這些醫療物資將被分配至受災最為嚴重的內比都和曼德勒地區的醫院，用于支持當地醫療救援。

In response to the urgent humanitarian needs following the devastating 7.9-magnitude earthquake in Myanmar on March 28, Shenzhen Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation (SFIEC), in collaboration with Shenzhen Yechenghai Charity Foundation and Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals, has donated a total of 508 cartons (304,800 vials) of antibiotics, valued at approximately RMB 2.02 million, to Myanmar. The donated medical supplies will be allocated to hospitals in Naypyidaw and Mandalay - the regions most severely impacted by the earthquake - to support ongoing local medical relief efforts.

在緬甸災區亟需援助的時刻，基金會攜手深圳多方民間社會力量，迅速聯動完成藥品籌措工作。通過中緬兩國民間組織的通力合作，總重超過5噸的捐贈物資分三批次空運，現已全數運至緬甸仰光，由中緬經濟合作發展促進會（緬甸）接收。后續，物資將陸續分發至受災最為嚴重的內比都和曼德勒地區的醫院，用于一線醫療救援，預計可為數萬名地震傷員提供治療支持。

At the critical moment of emergency relief in Myanmar, SFIEC, alongside civil society partners from Shenzhen, rapidly organized the donation of medical supplies. Over 5 tons of donated antibiotics were airlifted in three batches to Yangon and received by the China-Myanmar Economic Cooperation and Development Promotion Association (Myanmar). The supplies will soon be distributed to hospitals in Naypyidaw and Mandalay, providing critical treatment support for tens of thousands of earthquake victims.

當地時間4月26日，中國駐緬甸大使館王道攀參贊、緬甸外交部、衛生部、社會福利與救濟安置部等部門官員赴仰光國際機場出席參與捐贈交接儀式。同時，中國和平發展基金會駐緬甸辦事處、緬甸中華總商會、中緬經濟合作發展促進會（緬甸）等中緬民間組織也派員參與。

On April 26 (local time), a donation handover ceremony was held at Yangon International Airport. Attendees included Counselor Wang Daopan of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Myanmar, as well as officials from Myanmar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement. Representatives from several China-Myanmar civil organizations — including the China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) Myanmar office, Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the China-Myanmar Economic Cooperation and Development Promotion Association (Myanmar) — were also present at the ceremony.

緬甸社會福利與救濟安置部代表丹梭處長表示，緬中兩國人民胞波情誼深厚，感謝中國政府和民間社會力量為緬甸抗震救災提供大量緊急人道主義援助，相信在中國人民的幫助下，災區民眾能夠更快地恢復正常生產生活。

Director from Myanmar’s Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement expressed that the Pauk-Phaw (fraternal) friendship between the peoples of Myanmar and China is longstanding. He thanked the Chinese government and civil society organizations for providing substantial emergency humanitarian assistance to Myanmar’s earthquake relief efforts. He also expressed confidence that, with the support of the Chinese people, those affected in the disaster-stricken areas would be able to resume normal life and production more quickly.

緬甸衛生部代表南達溫副局長表示，感謝中國民間社會力量的無私奉獻，所送來這批救治創傷感染的急需藥品，將能夠醫治更多的地震受傷民眾病痛，幫助他們早日康復并投入到重建家園之中。

Deputy Director-General from Myanmar’s Ministry of Health expressed gratitude for the selfless contributions of Chinese civil society organizations, noting that the urgently needed medicines for treating trauma and infections would enable more earthquake victims to receive timely medical care, aiding their recovery and helping them return to rebuilding their homes and communities.

2023年10月，國務院新聞辦公室發布《共建“一帶一路”：構建人類命運共同體的重大實踐》白皮書，“深系瀾湄”項目集群被寫入白皮書。同年10月，基金會代表團赴老撾開展“湄公河青驕行動”，向老撾洪災地區和中國政府援建的萬象市皮瓦中學捐贈愛心雨鞋、科技教具等急需的生活和教育物資，并聯合華大基因和余彭年慈善基金會在老撾開展“朗朗之聲·聆聽無界”耳聾基因篩查和助聽器援助項目。系列行動受到社會各界與媒體的高度關注。

為進一步落實聯合國可持續發展目標（SDGs），并深化瀾湄地區的青年教育與文化交流合作，2024年7月，基金會組織“中國·老撾青年科技文化交流營”，聯合萬思未來館、余彭年慈善基金會、贏家公益基金會，與紅嶺中學的教師代表和大灣區的青少年志愿者在萬象皮瓦中學捐建科技教室，并為萬象周邊的村鎮學校捐贈教學物資。
