最近真的很懶得思考,懶得做事,懶得學習,只有刷手機不懶…那就隨便做點容易的、不用思考的、快手菜吧…

用料
年糕
2長條
辣白菜
100g
五花肉
400g
韓式年糕醬
1袋(120g)
洋蔥
一個
蔥段
1小把
白芝麻
1搓
大蒜
3個切片
辣白菜五花肉炒年糕的做法
- 第一步,五花肉切薄片,可以凍一下再切,更好切。
- 第二步,年糕切片,我用的是寧波年糕,喜歡長條形的可以買長條形。
- 蒜切片,蔥切段備用,洋蔥隨意切絲。
- 第三步,熱鍋煎五花肉片,小火煸出油。
- 加入蒜片、洋蔥煸炒。
- 第四步,加入泡菜、年糕醬翻炒。
- 我用的年糕醬長這樣,直接搜“年糕醬”買的,也可以用2勺韓式辣醬?生抽?糖?蠔油來代替。
- 第四步,稍微炒一下,加熱水煮開,再加入切片的年糕燉煮大約10~20分鐘。
??注意燉煮的時候要不停翻拌,因為年糕容易粘鍋,非??炀蜁成先?,必須不停抄底攪拌。
??注意這一步水別加多了,能讓年糕煮熟就行,恰恰沒過幾天。也別加太少了,不蓋蓋煮水汽散的很快。
- 第五步,10~20分鐘后開蓋收汁,湯汁變少了加入蔥段翻炒兩下,出鍋。

- 最后可以裝飾一點白芝麻。
小貼士
年糕切薄一點熟得快而且軟軟的很好吃。但是一定要注意年糕非常非常非常容易粘鍋,粘住以后會糊鍋,等你煮完可能就摳不下來啦!
所以要不停的抄底攪拌直至熟透出鍋。
