超軟咖啡乳酪卷的做法
- 所有面團(tuán)材料除黃油外放入面包機(jī)或廚師機(jī)揉至擴(kuò)展,然后加入軟化黃油揉至接近完全。
- 分割成6份,滾圓松弛15分鐘。
- 取一份搟成橢圓形。
- 翻面,左右兩邊向中間翻折1/3。
- 再次對(duì)折后捏緊。
- 依次做好所有面團(tuán)。
- 取一份搓長(zhǎng),并搓成一頭大一頭小的形狀。大頭朝上小頭朝下放。
- 先從中間向上搟開,再用左手拉著末端,向下?lián){開,搟開總長(zhǎng)30cm。
