一、項(xiàng)目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

項(xiàng)目位于廣州中旅阿那亞九龍湖社區(qū)中心小鎮(zhèn)，YIN HOTELS所在建筑是由原有歐式小鎮(zhèn)公主酒店的貴賓樓翻新改造而成。設(shè)計(jì)旨在讓新的空間精神融入這座古典建筑的時(shí)空背景中，并創(chuàng)造流淌至今和可見(jiàn)未來(lái)的時(shí)間記憶及度假體驗(yàn)。

The project is located in the Jiulonghu Community Center Town of China Travel Aranya, Guangzhou. The building where YIN HOTELS is located is renovated and transformed from the VIP building of the original European-style town Princess Hotel. The design aims to integrate the new spatial spirit into the spatio-temporal background of this classical building and create time memories and vacation experiences that flow to the present and the foreseeable future.

二、設(shè)計(jì)理念 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

酒店所在小鎮(zhèn)街區(qū)具有豐富業(yè)態(tài)、多元空間、多樣建筑和充滿(mǎn)活力的度假社區(qū)氛圍。建筑原本標(biāo)志性的歐式基因使得室內(nèi)空間改造持“留存時(shí)間”的策略。設(shè)計(jì)將原有內(nèi)裝全面清拆，露出空間原本的樸質(zhì)，保留其簡(jiǎn)潔純粹的原始結(jié)構(gòu)，延續(xù)原有布局全套房的形式。將原建筑立面的暖色調(diào)延續(xù)至室內(nèi)，提煉立面的凹凸窗墻元素運(yùn)用到室內(nèi)的觸感肌理，以木質(zhì)家具和特別選取的具有時(shí)間感的舊質(zhì)材料，表達(dá)時(shí)間的深度。

YIN HOTELS以全套房為特征，包括大床套房及家庭套房等不同房型。每間客房均采用開(kāi)敞式移動(dòng)門(mén)使臥室延伸進(jìn)客廳，擴(kuò)大內(nèi)部視野并豐富入住的空間體驗(yàn)。正如阿那亞隱廬酒店全湯池客房的度假理念，YIN HOTELS將所有客房的浴缸置于床和窗邊，創(chuàng)造出與景致親密無(wú)間的體驗(yàn)。酒店的第三個(gè)特征則是全客房黑膠吧臺(tái)配置，大堂的自助音樂(lè)吧臺(tái)和客房?jī)?nèi)均提供黑膠唱片及播放設(shè)備，鐫刻的時(shí)光和流淌的音符為一次次行旅駐留增添獨(dú)特的記憶。

The hotel is located in a small town block with a rich variety of business types, diverse Spaces, various buildings and a vibrant vacation community atmosphere. The original distinctive European style of the building has led the interior space renovation to adopt a strategy of "preserving time". The design completely removed the original interior decoration, revealing the original simplicity of the space, retaining its simple and pure original structure, and continuing the form of the original layout of the entire house. The warm tones of the original building facade are extended into the interior, and the concave-convex window and wall elements of the facade are extracted and applied to the tactile texture of the interior. Wooden furniture and specially selected old materials with a sense of time are used to express the depth of time.

YIN HOTELS is characterized by full suite rooms, including different room types such as king-size bed suites and family suites. Each guest room is equipped with an open sliding door that extends the bedroom into the living room, expanding the interior view and enriching the spatial experience of the stay. Just like the vacation concept of the full hot spring pool guest rooms at Aranya Yinlu Hotel, YIN HOTELS places the bathtubs in all guest rooms beside the beds and Windows, creating an intimate experience with the scenery. The third feature of the hotel is the installation of vinyl bars in all guest rooms. The self-service music bar in the lobby and vinyl records and playback equipment are provided in each room. The engraved time and flowing notes add unique memories to each stay during the trip.

三、空間調(diào)性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

本次改造采用可持續(xù)策略，以延長(zhǎng)空間的使用生命周期為原則，簡(jiǎn)約的室內(nèi)元素為空間未來(lái)可變提供更多可能性。酒店保留原有木質(zhì)大門(mén)，裝飾材料多采用環(huán)保材料、天然材料，減少工業(yè)化材料的使用，以可環(huán)循利用的方式提升空間。酒店大堂以親和的小尺度分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)，為旅客營(yíng)造慢下來(lái)的氛圍空間，同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)有效地分流。空間的包容性則體現(xiàn)在對(duì)時(shí)空環(huán)境的尊重，對(duì)未來(lái)空間使用的包容，對(duì)空間原有基因和未來(lái)可承載感知的設(shè)計(jì)接納之中。

中旅阿那亞九龍湖·YIN HOTELS的室內(nèi)改造設(shè)計(jì)從延續(xù)時(shí)間的理念出發(fā)，建立空間與建筑的對(duì)話，將度假體驗(yàn)通過(guò)三種手法加以呈現(xiàn)，以可持續(xù)的思路作為設(shè)計(jì)邏輯，共同為使用者創(chuàng)造可以恢復(fù)精神、釋放身心、體驗(yàn)時(shí)光流淌的當(dāng)代藝術(shù)度假空間。

This renovation adopts a sustainable strategy, adhering to the principle of extending the life cycle of the space. The simple interior elements offer more possibilities for the future transformation of the space. The hotel retains the original wooden entrance. The decoration materials mostly use environmentally friendly and natural materials, reducing the use of industrial materials, and enhancing the space in a recyclable way. The hotel lobby is designed with friendly small-scale zoning, creating a laid-back atmosphere space for guests while achieving effective diversion. The inclusiveness of space is reflected in the respect for the temporal and spatial environment, the tolerance for the future use of space, and the acceptance of the original genes of space and the design that can carry perception in the future.

The interior renovation design of China Travel Aranya Jiulong Lake ·YIN HOTELS starts from the concept of continuation time, establishes a dialogue between space and architecture, presents the vacation experience through three methods, takes the sustainable thinking as the design logic, and jointly creates a contemporary art vacation space for users that can restore the spirit, release the body and mind, and experience the flow of time.
