特色雞爪飯店都吃不到的超級美味的做法
- 剪掉腳趾,切半后清洗干凈備用
- 準備香料,八角2個,香葉3片,桂皮2塊,大蔥半根,姜8片,大蒜5瓣,如圖備用
- 涼水放入雞爪,姜片,料酒進行焯水,水開后去掉浮沫后再煮5分鐘,撈出清洗備用
- 炒糖色兒,油溫7分熱后一定要調成小火,炒至棗紅色
- 放入焯好水的雞爪,炒至金黃后撈出備用
