財聯社5月19日電，深交所理事長沙雁在深交所2025全球投資者大會上表示，深交所實施上市公司并購重組改革，對合規經營的公司快速審核，提高政策靈活性，助力上市公司向新質生產力轉型升級。2024年9月以來，深市公司重大資產重組同比增長214%。同時，深化退市制度改革，發揮市場機制優勝劣汰作用。（記者 沈述紅）
