不用打發有手就會的核桃紅棗糕的做法
- 紅棗蒸5分鐘,然后準備一個盆,打8個雞蛋
- 加白糖紅糖
- 混合
- 加牛奶混合
- 蒸好的紅棗剪一剪加入
- 過篩面粉,小蘇打,泡打粉
- 攪勻加入玉米油,再攪勻
- 準備核桃仁適量
- 面糊倒入兩個吐司模具里,大約一個里面750克上下

- 撒上核桃仁在上面,烤箱提前預熱170度,烤60-70分鐘,后15分鐘怕糊的話可以蓋個錫紙
- 出鍋拿竹簽扎一下看看里面烤透了,沒液體了就可以。
- 烤完滿屋都是核桃和紅棗甜甜的味道
